Requirements:

25 years of age	No DWI or DUI in the past 5 years
2 years OTR, prefer flatbed	No more than 3 moving violation in the past 3 years
Class A CDL	No Felony's in the past 5 years
Current long form physical	No more than 2 accidents
Pass pre-employment drug test

Equipment Requirements:

1996 Model or newer Truck or Trailer	Physical Damage & Bobtail Ins.
Pass Federal Inspection	Equipment for Flatbed Operation
Your own Base Plate
